When you eat animal based food you get the diseases which animal had (you will be wonder to know that pig is the only animal which never sweat. Now you must be thinking that where that sweat goes? Actually that sweat goes no where but accumate in his skin only and when you eat that you get all demn diseases.)

Mr.Varinder Singh Ghuman is India's great bodybuilder and his waight is 287lbs and he has won Mr. India (2009), Mr. Asia 2nd place (2009) and he is pure vagetrain so you can't say meat has lots of power yes it has but not more then indian pure veg diet.

Do you know when we killl any animal that animal cry and shout so the negetive enagy stay in that only and when that same food enter in your body it creates negative energy or chaos.Take the e.g of china they eat any damn thing that is why we got this idiot viruse.

At the end of the day I believe, Somewhere China's people are helpless because they don't have a lot of options to eat Vegetarian food so they have nothing but see food. As We are blessed with natural foods like vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, seed, coconut water and so on.

Trust me I personally prefer "vegan" diet but it's hard to stick with it because you may not find lot many options in "vegan" diet, so what I do is, I mantain pure vegetarian diet. You will not believe I have never had non-veg in my entire life nor will I. I didn't say that it's crime to eat non-veg still if a bodybuilder can stick to vegetarian diet then why me and you not, After all we are are indian.
